The Short Version

RAW provides cloud server hosting. You get real servers with root access. You're responsible for what you run on them. Don't do anything illegal. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Account

You must provide a valid email address. One free-tier server per account. You're responsible for keeping your API token secure.

Acceptable Use

You may use RAW servers for any lawful purpose. You may not use them for:

• Cryptocurrency mining on shared servers
• Sending spam or bulk unsolicited emails
• DDoS attacks or network abuse
• Hosting content that violates applicable laws
• Reselling hosting without permission

Service Level

We aim for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee it. Servers are provisioned on Hetzner infrastructure. We're not responsible for data loss — maintain your own backups.

Payment

Free tier servers are free indefinitely. Paid servers are billed monthly. Payments are processed by Stripe. Servers may be suspended if payment fails after 7 days.

Termination

You can delete your account and servers at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms with 24 hours notice (or immediately for severe violations).

Liability

RAW is provided "as is." We're not liable for data loss, downtime, or damages beyond the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
